This innovation simplifies the complex process of accurately describing shipment contents for customs clearance. Customers can take a photo of their item, and the AI quickly generates a structured description, which they can review and edit before submission. The feature aims to enhance data quality, reduce customs delays, and improve the shipping experience, and is currently available in eight countries with plans for broader rollout by 2026.
