Kotte's extensive experience in logistics partnerships is expected to bolster Matternet's growth as drone delivery gains traction. He emphasizes the importance of establishing strong partnerships, positioning Matternet as a leader in last-mile logistics. The company has already completed over 60,000 flights and recently partnered with SoftBank Robotics for NHS operations in London.
