Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru experienced a 6% year-on-year growth in cargo operations for FY 2025-26, handling 532,000 metric tonnes, driven by strong demand and enhanced global connections. The airport’s network includes 15 cargo airlines servicing 38 destinations, facilitating shipments of agri-perishables, pharmaceuticals, auto parts, and e-commerce goods. It maintained its status as India’s leading perishables export hub, notably handling 60 million rose stems and achieving significant growth in mango and coriander exports. The new AISATS BLR Logistics Park further bolstered its cargo capacity and operations.
