DSV Group's earnings increase in the first quarter of 2026.

DSV Group reported a strong EBIT before special items of DKK 4,855 million for Q1 2026, up from the previous year, largely due to the acquisition of Schenker. The integration of Schenker is progressing well, with over 50 countries involved, and DSV expects synergies of around DKK 9 billion by 2027. Despite market uncertainties, including geopolitical tensions, the company maintained its EBIT guidance for 2026 between DKK 23 billion and DKK 25.5 billion. The Road and Contract Logistics divisions showed significant EBIT growth, driven by Schenker, while the Air & Sea division faced challenges.
