Airbus SE released its Q1 2026 financial results, highlighting a decrease in commercial aircraft deliveries but strong performance in its Defence and Space division. CEO Guillaume Faury noted ongoing challenges, including a shortage of Pratt & Whitney engines. Gross commercial aircraft orders rose to 408, while consolidated revenues fell 7% to €12.7 billion. Adjusted EBIT totaled €300 million, and consolidated net income was €586 million. Airbus anticipates around 870 aircraft deliveries and an EBIT of €7.5 billion for 2026, assuming no significant disruptions in trade or operations.
