Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has appointed Frosti Lau Yi-sau as its new Chief Executive, effective June 8, 2026. Lau brings over 25 years of experience in aviation and air cargo, previously serving as Regional General Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways. His expertise spans commercial operations, digital transformation, and talent development across various regions. This appointment follows the departure of former CEO Wilson Kwong. Hactl is the largest independent air cargo terminal operator in Hong Kong, handling significant volumes and serving numerous airlines and freight forwarders.
