YunExpress has launched a cargo facility at East Midlands Airport.

YunExpress has gained approval to operate a new cargo handling facility at East Midlands Airport, becoming the first China-based cargo handler in the UK. This facility, part of YunExpress's UK expansion, enhances cross-border logistics and supports the airport's cargo growth. The company is set to begin operations on April 30, having received necessary regulatory approvals. The facility, covering 7,000 square meters and employing around 40 staff, will initially handle dedicated freighter services from China, with plans for future expansion to accommodate more cargo operations.
