Menzies increases its cargo presence with a terminal located on the airside in Auckland.

Menzies Aviation has launched a dedicated airside cargo terminal at Auckland Airport, enhancing its air cargo operations in New Zealand. Developed in partnership with Auckland Airport, the 32,000 square metre facility doubles Menzies’ operational capacity and serves 18 airline cargo partners. It is designed for handling time-sensitive cargo, including pharmaceuticals and e-commerce shipments. The terminal aims to secure IATA CEIV Pharma certification by year-end. This expansion aligns with rising export volumes and supports Auckland Airport's goal of centralizing cargo operations away from passenger areas.
