Cathay Cargo has introduced a new feature called Manage Booking on its online platform, enabling freight forwarders to directly modify bookings and reduce delays associated with manual processes. This feature allows users to update shipper and consignee information, adjust flight schedules, and change shipment sizes through a centralized dashboard that offers real-time visibility into booking statuses. It also includes activity tracking and automated notifications. Dominic Perret, Director of Cargo, emphasized the importance of customer-centric digital solutions. This launch is part of Cathay Cargo's broader digital transformation efforts.
