Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and Samvardhana Motherson International Limited have formed a joint venture to create a global automotive logistics company, enhancing their automotive supply chain presence. This partnership will leverage Hellmann’s logistics network and Motherson’s design and manufacturing expertise, offering integrated solutions for the automotive industry. Operations will commence in June 2026, based in Dubai, with plans to expand across Europe, North America, India, and the Middle East. Both companies aim for long-term growth, aligning with carbon net-zero goals and a commitment to sustainable logistics.
