He will collaborate with the leadership team to boost organizational agility and customer experience, crucial for maintaining competitiveness in the aviation market. With over 30 years of experience, including his recent role as CEO of Air India Express, Singh's expertise is pivotal for IndiGo, especially after the resignation of CEO Pieter Elbers amid an operational crisis. His leadership aims to stabilize operations and restore the airline's reliability.
