IAT Leasing has obtained 10 A330F aircraft that are leased to Amazon Air.

IAT Leasing Limited has acquired a portfolio of 10 Airbus A330F aircraft currently leased to Amazon Air and operated by Alaska Airlines, purchased from Altavair with financing from MUFG. This acquisition enhances IAT's portfolio by adding widebody freighters and strengthens relationships with Amazon and Alaska Airlines. CEO Martin Browne highlighted the transformative nature of this deal for IAT, while Blue Owl's Daniel Rosato noted the expansion into freighter aircraft as essential for the cargo market. MUFG expressed pride in supporting the acquisition through structured financing.
