Lufthansa Cargo enhances its digital booking system by introducing new services.

Lufthansa Cargo has enhanced its digital booking system by integrating Add-on Services, allowing customers to easily select and add extra services for their air freight shipments. Customers can view all available Add-on Services with transparent pricing at the end of the booking process. Currently, five services are offered, including “Sustainable Choice,” “Personal Supervision,” “smartULD,” “toDoor,” and “Insurance,” each catering to specific logistics needs. This integration aims to improve customer experience and flexibility in logistics solutions while additional services are being developed.
