DHL Supply Chain is enhancing its automation strategy by implementing SVT Robotics' SOFTBOT platform across its warehouses, significantly speeding up robotics integration. This platform allows for a plug-and-play approach, reducing deployment time from weeks to hours, and supporting a modular system that adapts to changing demands. The SOFTBOT platform acts as a standard integration layer, improving visibility and coordination between human workers and robots while enabling real-time data access. Currently active at 30 sites, DHL plans to expand the platform to over 100 locations in the next three years.
