Oman Air Cargo will implement a fuel surcharge and a war risk surcharge starting 18 March 2026 due to ongoing instability in global fuel markets and increased insurance costs in high-risk areas. The war risk surcharge will be based on the chargeable weight indicated on the Master Air Waybill, while the fuel surcharge will be linked to the US Gulf Coast Jet A1 price per gallon, updated weekly. These surcharges will be applicable to shipments within the Oman Air Cargo network, and the airline plans to regularly review and adjust them according to market conditions.
