Saudia Cargo, in partnership with the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), has launched a new sea-to-air logistics corridor to connect western seaports with airports, facilitating faster cargo movement to global markets. This initiative allows maritime shipments to be swiftly transferred to air freight, enhancing supply chain efficiency and providing an alternative during disruptions. The corridor begins at Jeddah Islamic Port, linking to King Abdulaziz International Airport, and aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s logistics capabilities while leveraging its strategic geographic position.
