Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has appointed Thomas Schürmann as the new Managing Director of Frankfurt Cargo Services (FCS), succeeding Claus Wagner, who will focus on broader Frankfurt operations. Schürmann, with over 20 years of experience, previously led cargo operations at Etihad Airways and aims to enhance customer service at FCS. This leadership change aligns with WFS's expansion in cargo city South, where they recently opened a large facility to support growing e-commerce and freight forwarding needs, ensuring WFS remains competitive in digital logistics.
