Lufthansa Cargo reports a 29% increase in EBIT and reenters the global top five.

Lufthansa Cargo experienced a notable boost in its business in 2025, with adjusted EBIT rising 29% to €324 million and revenue increasing by 4% to €3.4 billion. The company returned to the top five global air freight providers ahead of schedule, attributed to its BOLD MOVES strategy aimed at reaching the top three by 2030. Additionally, Lufthansa Cargo expanded its network by marketing ITA Airways' capacity and adding new freighter destinations. The company also focused on digitalization and improving customer satisfaction while planning further collaboration with Swiss WorldCargo.
