Kuehne+Nagel's air cargo shipments increase by 7% in 2025.

Kuehne+Nagel retained its top position in the global air freight market in 2025, achieving a 7% increase in volumes to 2.24 million tonnes amid challenging economic conditions. Air logistics volumes rose to 2.238 million tonnes, driven by demand from AI infrastructure developers in Asia, particularly in the last quarter. Turnover increased to CHF 8 billion, while net turnover slightly rose to CHF 7.34 billion. Despite a decline in gross profit to CHF 1.74 billion and reduced freight rates, the company maintained its market share and plans to leverage AI for future productivity gains.
