WFS has finalized its acquisition of Aviapartner.

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), a SATS company and the largest air cargo handler globally, has finalized its acquisition of Aviapartner Cargo NV at Brussels Airport, receiving full regulatory approval. This acquisition enhances WFS's services in Brussels by adding freighter ramp handling, towing, and airside transportation. Over 200 Aviapartner employees will join WFS, which has operated in Brussels since 1992, providing warehouse handling for over 50 airlines. WFS will take over Aviapartner's cargo terminal, improving airside capacity and capabilities for the Belgian air cargo market.
