Qatar Airways Cargo has introduced a Ramp Digitalisation Programme to enhance its ground handling operations by creating a digital, paperless ramp environment. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to digitise cargo operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Central to the programme is the Ramp Offload and Load Supervision (ROLS) tool, which replaces paper-based reports with a fully digital workflow, improving accuracy and turnaround efficiency. The programme also features real-time updates, ULD reconciliation, and lays the foundation for future innovations, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and operational reliability.
