Qatar Airways introduces a Ramp Digitalization Initiative.

Qatar Airways Cargo has launched its Ramp Digitalisation Programme, aimed at creating a seamless, paperless ramp environment to enhance safety, efficiency, and innovation in ground handling operations. Central to this initiative is the Ramp Offload and Load Supervision (ROLS) tool, which replaces traditional paper-based processes with a digital workflow, improving ULD verification and real-time data transmission. This transformation supports Qatar Airways' vision of a fully connected cargo experience and is part of broader initiatives to enhance technology in e-Bookings, paperless shipments, and automated solutions, ultimately elevating customer satisfaction and operational performance.
