AIT Worldwide Logistics has partnered with Greenbriar Equity Group to support its global expansion and acquisition strategy, though financial details remain undisclosed. This partnership concludes a successful five-year tenure with The Jordan Company, during which AIT expanded significantly, acquiring 14 businesses and increasing revenue by over 300%. Greenbriar's investment is expected to enhance AIT's growth and market presence by 2030 while maintaining its independence and leadership. The deal is set to close before Q4 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
