JD.com introduces JoyExpress in Europe to enhance its Joybuy logistics initiative.

JD.com has launched JoyExpress, an express delivery service in Europe, to enhance its logistics for the Joybuy online retail platform. Initially focusing on last-mile delivery in major cities across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and France, it aims for same-day and next-day service. JoyExpress will operate from over 60 warehouses, expanding to more markets, including Belgium and Luxembourg, and will offer delivery and installation for large appliances. The service emphasizes intelligent warehousing and aims to improve cross-border logistics, with plans to eventually serve external business partners.
