A new cargo air route has been established between Chongqing, China, and Tel Aviv, Israel, marking a significant development for freight transportation. Launched by Suparna Airlines on January 28, 2026, this service operates two weekly flights using a Boeing 777 freighter, primarily transporting e-commerce shipments, automotive parts, and medical equipment. This route enhances direct cargo connectivity from western China to the Middle East, streamlining logistics for exporters. It complements Chongqing's growing international freighter network, which also includes routes to Europe, thus improving the city’s competitiveness in global trade.
