Yusen Logistics Global Management Co., Ltd. (YLGM) and AGL Kenya, a subsidiary of Africa Global Logistics, have signed a Joint Venture Agreement in Nairobi, advancing logistics capabilities in Africa. This follows a Memorandum of Understanding in April 2025 aimed at creating a strategic partnership. The joint venture, set to launch in January 2026 pending regulatory approval, will offer services like freight forwarding and customs brokerage, enhancing logistics across East Africa.
