Menzies Aviation has named a new head of legal and sustainability, as well as a Company Secretary.

Menzies Aviation has appointed John Frame as the new Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer, effective September 1, 2026, succeeding John Geddes, who will retire in November 2026 after over thirty years with the company. Frame, who joined Menzies in 2021 and became Group Head of Legal in 2023, will oversee the firm's legal, governance, compliance, and sustainability functions. Owen Harkins has also been promoted to Group Company Secretary, effective the same date. Both appointments aim to enhance Menzies' governance and sustainability efforts as it continues to grow.
