CSX reveals changes in its leadership team.

CSX has announced the retirement of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Diana Sorfleet after nearly 15 years of service, during which she significantly influenced the company’s culture and people strategy. Riz Chand, currently Chief Talent Officer at AEA Investors, will take over as Chief Human Resources Officer on February 23, 2026. Chand brings extensive experience in talent development and organizational performance from various leadership roles in notable companies. He will oversee multiple HR functions at CSX, based in Jacksonville, FL.
