CEVA and Almajdouie have completed the establishment of their joint venture in Saudi Arabia.

CEVA Logistics and Almajdouie Logistics have finalized a joint venture agreement in Saudi Arabia, announced during the Global Logistics Forum in Riyadh. The new entity, CEVA Almajdouie Logistics, aims to meet the rising demand for integrated logistics solutions in the Kingdom, with CEVA holding a majority stake. The venture will be headquartered in Dammam, led by CEO Bassel El Dabbagh, and will employ around 2,000 people. Both companies are committed to enhancing logistics services in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the country's economic growth.
