Logistaas has launched an AI-driven document reading feature in its transport management system, aimed at automating data entry for freight forwarders managing extensive shipment paperwork. This tool utilizes optical character recognition and Logistaas' AI agent, Averroes, to read and extract data from various shipping documents directly into shipment records, eliminating manual entry. The AI has been trained on diverse real-world documents to ensure reliable performance. Additionally, Logistaas plans to develop further AI tools for shipment data analysis and on-demand customer support.
