Fraport has finalized a lease agreement with Kuhne+Nagel for a new cargo hub in Frankfurt.

Fraport AG has finalized a lease agreement with Kuhne+Nagel for a new air cargo warehouse at Frankfurt Airport's CargoCity South, scheduled for completion by late 2028. Fraport will manage the construction, with the facility becoming part of its property portfolio. This development supports Kuhne+Nagel's growth, enhancing their logistics operations after two decades at the site. The warehouse will feature 16,900 square meters of space, including 7,600 for cargo and 1,100 for offices, and aims for sustainability certification as part of Fraport's broader CargoHub masterplan.
