The Port of Antwerp-Bruges has welcomed Windrose, a Chinese electric truck manufacturer, which will establish its first European site, "Windrose Park Antwerp," focused on vehicle assembly and R&D. The project, covering 9.5 hectares, emerged from a competitive bidding process and aims to generate around 200 jobs while enhancing local logistics. Windrose will import components to assemble trucks that meet European certifications for export. This initiative promotes sustainable industry practices and reinforces Antwerp's position as a key logistics and trade hub in Europe.
