Turkish ground handler Çelebi has adopted CHAMP A2Z Scan to automate the conversion of paper air waybills and cargo documents into digital formats, enhancing operational efficiency. Announced on January 29 in Luxembourg, this AI-based application has reduced processing time from three minutes to 45 seconds by automatically capturing data and integrating it into the company's cargo management system. The collaboration between Çelebi and CHAMP focused on staff training and aligning the technology with operational needs, resulting in improved workflow, time savings, and fewer errors in document handling.
