The company is reducing its reliance on Amazon by cutting its volume by 1 million packages daily in 2025, with plans for another reduction in 2026, leading to the retirement of its MD-11 fleet and potential elimination of 30,000 jobs. UPS achieved full-year revenues of $88.7 billion and plans for 2026 include projected revenue of $89.7 billion and capital expenditures of $3 billion.
