Steve Hughes has been named the new Managing Director of GAC UK.

ECS Group has appointed Steve Hughes as the new Managing Director for Globe Air Cargo (GAC) UK, succeeding Michelle House, who will retire after 10 years with the company and 44 years in the industry. Hughes, who previously served as Managing Director at Wexco Cargo GSSA, has extensive experience in air cargo, having worked with British Airways and Virgin Atlantic. He aims to leverage ECS Group's resources to enhance customer relationships and business growth in the UK market. Jean Ceccaldi, CEO of ECS Group, praised Hughes' alignment with the company's customer-centric values and emphasized the importance of improving load factors and expanding GAC UK's customer base.
