Steve Hughes has been named the new Managing Director for GAC UK.

Steve Hughes has been appointed Managing Director of Globe Air Cargo (GAC) UK, succeeding Michelle House, who is retiring after ten years. Hughes joins GAC UK from Wexco Cargo GSSA, bringing over 20 years of air cargo experience, including roles at British Airways Cargo and Virgin Atlantic Cargo. He aims to enhance business relationships and utilize the group's digital capabilities for improved efficiency. ECS Group's CEO, Jean Ceccaldi, praised Hughes’s expertise and customer service focus, while expressing gratitude for House’s contributions to the company. Hughes has been working with House since October for a smooth transition.
