Brussels Airport has initiated test shipments of human cell and blood samples for precision therapies, including cancer treatments, to Dallas as part of the Precision Therapy Logistics Gateway (PTLG) project. This initiative aims to establish safe, swift transportation methods and set international standards for air transport of such sensitive materials. Coordinated with local biotech institutions, the project has already sent ten shipments and plans 50 more. Results from this testing phase will inform the development of standardized protocols, with findings expected by mid-2026.
