Air Charter Service recently organized a charter flight using a Boeing 747 to transport various animals from Thailand to a new wildlife rescue and rehabilitation facility in India. Brendan Toomey, CEO of ACS Singapore, explained that they received a request to move numerous animals, including zebras and sloths, which required careful monitoring by vets during the flight. Weighing a total of 50 tonnes, the animals and their enclosures necessitated the use of a large aircraft. Coordination with the Thai authorities was crucial for timely export documentation, and the Singapore office facilitated safe loading and offloading processes.
