Johnson & Johnson has announced plans to invest $55 billion in domestic manufacturing over the next four years, establishing two new facilities in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. This effort aims to boost local production of advanced medicines and create hundreds of jobs. The company has already begun investing significantly in U.S. manufacturing, including a biologics plant in North Carolina and a cell therapy site in Pennsylvania. J&J has also reached a tariff exemption deal with the Trump administration to reduce medicine costs and plans to reveal further U.S. investments in the near future.
