Oman Air Cargo has introduced a new service from Muscat to Kigali, enhancing its presence in Rwanda and expanding cargo connectivity in East Africa. Scheduled to begin in June 2026, subject to approvals, the service will operate on B-737 passenger planes, providing added capacity for perishables and urgent shipments. This route aims to facilitate the export of fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, and more from East Africa to markets in the Middle East, Europe, and the Indian subcontinent, solidifying Muscat as a vital cargo hub.
