This network features 11 multi-client facilities that allow for efficient handling of returns from diverse customers, minimizing the impact of demand fluctuations across sectors. The recent acquisitions of Inmar Supply Chain Solutions and IDS Fulfillment facilitated this development, enabling better space and labor utilization. Additionally, proprietary software, ReSKU, standardizes decision-making in returns processing, helping to improve customer loyalty through better returns experiences.
