CEAL has finished installing high-capacity automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in Terminal 4.

China Eastern Air Logistics (CEAL) has upgraded its operations at Shanghai Pudong International Airport by implementing a fleet of six high-capacity automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in Cargo Terminal 4, developed with Lödige Industries. These AGVs can transport loads up to 6.8 tonnes, enhancing safety and reliability in cargo handling. The integration with Lödige’s Cargo Professional Suite allows for improved planning and tracking, while real-time analytics enable better logistics management. This transition reduces reliance on manual labor and fixed infrastructure, promoting efficiency and scalability in operations.
