The Volvo Group is investing $37.7 million to establish a 115,000-square-foot regional distribution center in Tacoma, Washington, aimed at enhancing parts delivery across the U.S. Northwest and Western Canada. Anticipated to open in early 2027, the facility will serve approximately 240 dealers and is projected to reduce delivery times by one to two days, processing over 500,000 order lines annually. This initiative follows a recent adjustment in sales forecasts due to trade tensions and tariffs affecting truck imports.
