The Cathay Group has appointed Guy Bradley as its new Chair, effective May 13, 2026, following Patrick Healy's retirement from the role and the Swire Group. Healy, who has served for six years, praised the resilience of employees and customers during challenging times, emphasizing Cathay's vital role in Hong Kong's aviation sector. Bradley, who is also Chairman of Swire Pacific, aims to enhance the Group’s performance and support Hong Kong as a leading aviation hub. He brings extensive international leadership experience, having been with the Swire Group since 1987.
