DP World and Thames Freeport have officially started construction on The Hive.

DP World and Thames Freeport have initiated construction on The Hive, a £13m innovation and amenities hub at London Gateway Logistics Park, aimed at enhancing skills and opportunities in the Thames Estuary. Spanning 29,000 sq. ft., it will provide flexible meeting spaces, a training center, and facilities for wellness and sports, supporting over 1,125 trainees annually. Set for completion by March 2026, The Hive is designed to foster collaboration among businesses and the community, contributing to local job creation and economic growth through targeted training programs.
