Lovesac moves its essential manufacturing process back to the U.S.

The Lovesac Company is redesigning its Sactionals modular sofas to support U.S. manufacturing, with plans to begin domestic production in summer 2026. This shift aims to lower costs and improve quality amid rising transportation and tariff expenses that have impacted gross margins. To enhance sales, Lovesac will introduce new delivery options, including a "white glove" service, addressing customer concerns about delivery and setup. CEO Shawn Nelson indicated that more initiatives are planned for the upcoming fiscal year to foster growth.
