Swissport has significantly increased its daily cargo throughput at its new facility in Milan Malpensa Airport, rising from 9 tonnes to 100 tonnes within five months. The operation, located in a refurbished 4,000 sq m warehouse, adheres to strict international customs, safety, and security standards and focuses on import handling and express distribution. Plans to expand services include export handling, enhancing the facility's role as a comprehensive cargo hub. Swissport's success reflects its commitment to efficient logistics and supports the growing demand for scalable air cargo solutions in Italy and Europe.
