Burberry has appointed Matteo Calonaci as the new chief operating and supply chain officer, following his previous roles at the company since November 2020, including SVP of strategy and transformation. He takes over from Klaus Bierbrauer, who will leave after the winter runway show. Additionally, Johnattan Leon has been named chief customer officer, overseeing various customer-focused teams. Both leaders are expected to enhance Burberry's operational excellence and customer experience, as emphasized by CEO Joshua Schulman.
