dnata has announced a €25 million investment to develop a cargo facility at Milan Malpensa Airport, set to open in September 2027. The 10,000 square meter facility will enhance Airport Handling's capacity by over 100,000 tonnes annually, catering to various cargo types, including perishables and pharmaceuticals. CEO Clive Sauvé-Hopkins highlighted the importance of this project for dnata's growth in Europe. The facility will feature energy-efficient technologies and support low-emission operations, creating 200 new jobs in the logistics sector.
