La-Z-Boy has adjusted its pricing strategy in response to tariffs imposed by the Trump administration, with increases in 2025 remaining in single digits, according to CFO Taylor Luebke. The company, which manufactures most of its products in the U.S., feels well-positioned to handle potential future tariff hikes. La-Z-Boy is also undergoing a significant redesign of its distribution network, aiming to consolidate from 15 centers to three hubs, ultimately reducing costs and improving efficiency, despite some short-term inefficiencies in the process.
